Costessey deaths: police referred to watchdog
It's emerged that the Independent Police watchdog is investigating how Norfolk Police have responded after the deaths of four people just outside Norwich. The watchdog is looking into why police didn't respond to a 999 call from a house in Costessey - shortly before the bodies of four members of the same family were found on Friday.
