Norfolk County Council needs to save 拢52.2 million in the next financial year. One of the savings being looked at is to reduce the Minimum Income Guarantee. That鈥檚 the amount of money people with a disability can earn before they have to pay for their own care. Judith and Nick Taylor from Buxton have a son with Down鈥檚 Syndrome and receives this benefit.
