"I'm more of a carer now than a wife"
A new blood test could "revolutionise" diagnosis for people suspected of having Alzheimer's disease.
The blood test works by measuring the levels of a protein called P-tau217. It's a marker for any biological changes in the brain.
Carmel O'Sullivan's husband, John, has Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia, she spoke to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Phil Upton about his condition.
