All aboard the £124 per passenger bus
The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority has been subsidising a local bus route by the equivalent of £124 per passenger.
In 2022-23, the service carried just 771 passengers.
Both its operator A2B Travel Group and the Labour mayor, Nik Johnson, say that amount cannot be justified.
Ben Schofield went for a ride on the 7A.
