Norfolk secondary schools over-subscribed
There’s been a sharp rise in the number of state-funded secondary schools in Norfolk that are either at or over capacity. 30% of them are full compared to 5% five years ago. It’s being put down to a growing population and a high birth rate in the late noughties.
