Soaring Dragons hope to replace boat lost in flood
A Leicestershire boat club is hoping to raise money to replace its racing dragon boat after it was lost in recent floods.
The Soaring Dragon boat club, based in Loughborough, lost its 40 foot boat 'The Major' after it broke free from its lines in flood water from Storm Henk. It was spotted in Kegworth and on the River Trent but it's still not been recovered.
Paul Freemantle is a member of the Soaring Dragons and has told Ben Jackson that the costs of trying to replace it are huge.
