Disruption returns to Portsmouth's Eastern Road
Portsmouth's Eastern Road has been plagued with sewage drainage issues, which has been closing the road intermittently for some time now.
It's caused major disruption to local residents and workers.
But what's causing the problem and why is it taking so long to sort out?
