It's national apprenticeship week.

Over in Rugby, there's a trainee gas engineer urging others to get into the industry.

Beth Jenkins started her apprenticeship when she was 23 with Rugby based company "Custom Heat" and says she hasn't looked back.

She's been speaking to 蜜芽传媒 CWR's Phil Upton.
