Anglia Square developers: Plans can’t work
More than a thousand new homes were going to be built on the site of Anglia Square shopping centre in Norwich, as well as new office buildings. It was supposed to revitalise an area that many people say is rundown. But developers have pulled out blaming a big increase in costs and government red tape.
