Harriet Mensah is from Ghana. She dreamed of training and nursing within Europe and is now working at a care home in Thetford. She was able to bring her husband with her. But under new government plans to bring down migration numbers in the UK, care workers would not be able to bring family members with them. Harriet tells Simon Dedman more.
