A year 7 student from Finham Park Academy has beaten off 2000 other schoolchildren to get her design of an Olympic torch manufactured at WMG in Coventry.

12 year old Hester Francioso entered a competition to design a "flame of friendship" ahead of the Paris Olympic Games in July.

62 Coventry schools will be participating in the torch relay, leaving Coventry Cathedral on February 22nd and finishing on the University of Warwick campus on July 8th.
