How are you out of 10?

It's a simple question being used by a men's mental health charity to encourage men to talk about how they are feeling.
It's called Talk Club, and there are branches across the country, including in Ipswich, where the group meets up at Ipswich Town Football Club every other Tuesday evening.
It's run by Joe Thomson who talked with Jon Wright about the club.
