A recently established Coventry charity, Ladybug Lodge, seeks to close the gap for families with special needs.
The charity was founded by Josie Wheel, whose younger sister, Rosie, has PMLD, A profound and multiple learning disability. They have grown up trying to make the city as accessible as possible.
