Strickley come hedgelaying
A rapper and a poet work with three generations of Kendal hedge layers, to celebrate this ancient rural craft. The Robinson's have farmed at Strickley near Kendal for five generations, and their 120 short-horn organic dairy cows are grass fed. Set over three hundred acres, the farm has seven miles of hedges that are managed on a traditional 20-year hedge laying rotation.
