RSPB Arne completes five year conservation project
RSPB Arne is celebrating the completion of its five year project to restore Hyde's Heath.
The 67-hectare site was previously used to grow industrial pine, before it was bought by the charity.
Since then, it's become home of the RSPB's 'Pull a Pine' Christmas tradition, as well as a haven for all sorts of wildlife and has hosted a range of activities connecting people with nature.
Our reporter George Sharpe has been to met the RSPB's Rachel Martin at the heath to ask what the project has achieved.
