Widow sues AstraZeneca after Covid-19 death
The family of a Leicestershire man who died due to a rare complication from the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine say legal action is vital to get the compensation they need. Â
Father of two Neil Miller, 50, developed fatal blood clotting after receiving the jab in March 2021. His widow Kam has joined with 80 other families taking action through the High Court in London.
Kam Miller said she was not anti-vaccination, but is arguing the compensation she received following his death should be increased.
AstraZeneca said it would not comment on the legal action but patient safety was its highest priority.
