The coastal village of Hemsby has been hit by wind and rain again. This time Raymond Cooper, who lives right between the village and Winterton, lost 10 feet of garden due to landslips. Worryingly he says it鈥檚 the first time this has happened in 20 years of living there and was completely unexpected.
