Norfolk a ‘dental desert’ with £16m underspend
NHS Norfolk and Waveney has not used more than a quarter of its dental budget. It says it's doing all it can to find dentists to take on NHS work. But any underspend will be used to pay off other healthcare debt. Nikki Fox reports.
