Rotterdam mayor: cocaine use becoming ‘normal’
The mayor of the Dutch city of Rotterdam, Ahmed Aboutaleb, says a rise in cocaine use has led to violence and corruption. He tells Paul Henley that cocaine has become the middle-class drug of choice in Europe, and vulnerable youth from poorer neighbourhoods are recruited into the drug trade.
