Councillors in Skegness say whoever keeps putting washing up liquid in their town's fountains needs to stop.

It鈥檚 after the Jolly Fisherman Fountain began foaming with bubbles this weekend.

East Lindsey District Council says it costs 拢250 each time it happens.

They say they've passed on CCTV for police to prosecute in the past.
