E-Scooter crackdown in Worcestershire
"It may look like a good form of transport - but it's not legal!"
That's the message from West Mercia Police - who say they're concerned about growing numbers of people who are now using e-scooters to get to work.
The Government has announced that the e-scooters 'trial' - which has been running for the last four years in 50 parts of the country - has been extended until May 2026.
But the police say it's causing problems in areas like Worcestershire, especially around factories where people are using them as a form of cheap transport.
It seems that many people who use them are foreign workers for whom, back home, the devices are perfectly legal.
