Haiti: 'The gangs have been having their way in Port-au-Prince'
Speaking to Newshour's Nuala McGovern from an emergency Caricom summit to discuss the worsening security situation in Haiti, Canada's ambassador to the United Nations - Bob Rae - explains why regional countries are hoping that a Kenyan-led force can restore peace and stability.
