More free childcare will soon be available for working parents - it's being paid for by the government which has committed to increasing provider rates for the next two years.

But how much of a difference will it make? Many nurseries are struggling to recruit staff because of low pay - and three have already shut this year. Jamie Osborne is a Green city and county councillor in Norwich – he tells Chris Goreham about his struggles and concerns with childcare.
