Terry 'Turbo' Burrows has held the Guiness world record for the fastest window cleaner for the last 29 years - it currently stands at under 10 seconds. Now, his daughter Aliscia plans to follow in his footsteps to beat the women's world record.

Dad and daughter have black and brown belts in karate respectively, which Terry says is a major part of their success. "It's all about the moves." he told 5 Live Breakfast's Rachel Burden

He also said constant practice helps him keep at the top of his game - it currently takes him just two seconds to clean a single record-standard window.

Aliscia said watching her dad 'for years and years' has helped her pick up his skills. She currently holds the women's world cup for the fastest window cleaning, and will compete for the world record at the Manchester Cleaning Show.
