Do we need licence dog owners to stop attacks?
The number of reported attacks has risen by 55% in the Thames Valley since 2018 - with our police force saying there were more than 11 hundred incidents last year.
Even at a time when dog ownership has gone up - by around 20% over the same period - that's still a big jump
