Miracle saves Hereford wedding ‘in nick of time’
Hear how James and Kirsty's wedding nightmare finally has a happy ending! They had planned their dream wedding ceremony, only for it to be cancelled a week before by the venue. But with only days to go, the whole event was saved!
James Flanagan and Kirsty Ely can still tie the knot, after Glewstone Court stepped in, near Ross-on-Wye, as they've been telling our reporter Charlotte Broadbent.
The couple were planning to get married at Longworth Hall Hotel near Bartestree, but received a call saying the booking had to be cancelled due to a safety issue following a recent fire.
Garry Lanes runs events at Longworth Hall, and told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Hereford & Worcester that the cancellation was 'the last thing he wanted to happen', and that after a specialist has been appointed, he 'hopes this will ensure no future events or weddings will need to be cancelled'.
