Inspired by the men's cricket team, Alderman Smith Old Balls, the new ladies team "No Balls" have played their first few matches and are looking forward to their first season as a fully fledged team but they could do with some with sponsorship to finesse their skills.
The men's team initially played together 25 years ago whilst still at school in Nuneaton, they have all now reconnected and play regularly as a team. Vic spoke to Pamela Cleaver manager of the ladies team and Steve Beamish, honorary secretary of the men's team.
