Wet winter "tough" to prepare for new cricket season.
This winter has been one of the ten wettest in the UK since records began. On Thursday 21st March Hampshire begin their pre season campaign with a home game against Worcestershire.
Utilita Bowl Head Groundsman Simon Lee admits they are a "little bit behind" but, "conditions develop quickly at this time of the year", and he's confident cricket will go ahead this week.
