Up until Covid-19, Ryan Walters was a professional singer and dancer, who had toured the world.

But when we were all forced to stay at home, work dried up and he turned to baking.

Four years on, he's still baking under the name Sinfully Delicious, supplying vending machines in the city as well as collaborating with the Beefy Boys.
