Grace Gilbert from Thame was made an offer she couldn't refuse - the chance to embark on the adventure of a life-time.

To row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic with two other women, and raise money for the neuro unit at the John Radcliffe hospital.

The only catch? Grace had no rowing experience.
