7 October attacks: 'Six months on, my brother-in-law is still being held hostage'
This weekend marks six months since the attacks of 7 October on Israel. At least 1,200 people were killed, and hundreds taken into Gaza as hostages.
While some have been released, it's believed over 130 Israelis remain captive in Gaza.
Moshe Emilio Lavi’s entire family were affected. His brother-in-law, Omri Miran, is among those who are still being held hostage in the Gaza. He's been sharing his story with Newsday.
