Former England, Manchester City & Everton Midfielder Izzy Christiansen speaks about her football career.

She told 5 Live鈥檚 Adrian Chiles: 鈥淚 spoke a lot with the sport psychologist towards the end of my career around finding more enjoyment in the process rather than competition. Competition was just absorbing me to a point it was draining me.鈥�

鈥淚f you can achieve a really nice balance of enjoyment and competition, the future could be very bright for young sports people.鈥�
