Portland school employs newly graduated pupils
Staff at Atlantic Academy on Portland say high housing prices and the island's remoteness is making recruitment there almost impossible. That's why they've begun offering their graduated pupils teaching apprenticeships at the school.
Steve Harris spoke to Melissa Heppell, a principal at Atlantic Academy, along with Macy Siddons, a teaching apprentice who left the school in 2018.
