Ex-military Guy Deacon took on the tough challenge of driving the entire length of Africa to fulfil a childhood dream of his.

He did it to raise awareness of Parkinsons - a condition he was diagnosed with around a decade ago.

Now a documentary about his journey is coming to Channel 4 called 'Running on Empty'.

He's been speaking to Steve Harris about the journey.
