Essex scientist discovers ocean species
More than 100 new and potentially new ocean species have been discovered up to 5,000m beneath the waves in New Zealand. The new species identified from the project have included three fish, squid, molluscs and a new type of coral.
One of the scientists on board was Jessica Gordon from the University of Essex, and Jessica has been explaining more about the expedition.
