The Aylesbury walker sleeping outside in his 80s
Derek Adams finds it easier while walking around the coast of the UK. He plans to continue walking the 5,000 miles, one month at a time, until his 85th birthday to raise money for Cancer Research UK, British Heart Foundation, RNLI and NHS Charities Together.
