Nicknamed the 'Hardest Geezer', 27-year-old Russ Cook has successfully run the full length of Africa, crossing the finish line in Tunisia after 352 days, through 16 countries and raising thousands for charity.

Joshua from Colchester was one of the runners who accompanied Russ for part of his 10,000 mile Africa marathon.
