Dorset Search & Rescue turns twenty this year, with some of the founding members still attending searches today. To celebrate the milestone, the Crossways outfit are training twenty new search technicians to add to their ranks.

Unit leader Stephen Slough spoke to Steve Harris about the work they do, and how he became involved.
