A young mum of 3 from Stratford says she feels let down by the local council's housing process after she missed out on a move to a bigger property.

Emma Saunders has been on the waiting list for a council house for 3 years and recently found a suitable 4 bed house that met her needs.

Unbeknownst to her, the application was skipped over as one of her children has recently turned 18, meaning that the housing system only recognised that she had 2 children living at home.
