'Crisis' in kids teeth care leads to fluoride plan
Leicester's Director of Public Health has told us adding fluoride to the city's water supply could have a big on impact on children's dental health.
At the moment more than a third of children in Leicester have signs of tooth decay by the age of five.
Officials will discuss the issue this week. Any decision would be at government level and would go out to consultation before being put in place.
Rob Howard told Ady Dayman that fluoride could made a big difference.
