Calls to scrap VAT on bras
There are calls for VAT on bras to be scrapped.
It's over concerns correctly fitting ones are becoming unaffordable, meaning more women are turning to cheaper, ill-fitting bras that are affecting their health.
The Society of Radiographers says they're a 'necessity' and has called the VAT 'discriminatory'.
Laurie Truscott is a senior lecturer in contour fashion at De Montfort University. She explained to Ady Dayman the importance of a correctly fitting bra.
