Penryn ladies rugby club is going from strength to strength.

50 women are attending training sessions - and next year, for the first time, Penryn will field two womens sides.

They've also appointed their first ever all female coaching team.

Donna Darby has been appointed as Head Coach and Bexx O'Reilly will be the assistant player coach.
