From Liverpool to Berlin... on foot
26 marathons in 26 weeks—that was the Dowling brothers mission.
The Dowling brothers, Tom and Jack from Crosby, gained widespread recognition for their extraordinary efforts in raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Their journey began when Tom, who was diagnosed with bowel cancer, initiated Jack's challenge of running 26 marathons in 26 weeks.
Despite facing personal health battles, they united to support those affected by cancer.
Tragically, Tom passed away, but his legacy lives on through their remarkable fundraising endeavours, inspiring football fans and non-supporters alike.
