Sue Strachan from Herefordshire has Alzheimer's and couldn't run the London Marathon herself. So step forward 'Sue's Crew', sixteen runners from across the country!

Sue caught up with our reporter Lauren Clemson during the race, and later Toni McDonald speaks to runners Grania McKittrick and Will Dean, who were part of the crew.

As of publishing, 'Sue's Crew' has raised over £60,000 for Alzheimer's Research UK.
