Meet Suki Pantal, who moved to Worcestershire in 2014, and is releasing her debut book! She appeared on his The Great Cookbook Challenge show and the fire was lit to share her love of traditional Indian cooking, to the world.
She tells Nina she wanted to showcase the huge variety of cuisines from her native India - the title is an ode to her grandmother, who would add Garam Masala to every dish!
Suki talks about the process of creating the book, how she curates her social media feed with her home cooking, and how she secured already a commission for book number two!
