Tenbury marmalades crowned world's best
Judged by Fortnum & Mason, Stephen Snead's orange and lime creations beat thousands from around the world, and were both crowned winners at the Dalemain World Marmalade Awards!
Stephen told Jonathan Ray, Vicky Breakwell and Lauren Clemson how his love of the foodstuff came from marmalade sandwiches as a youngster, before creating flavours as subtle and delicious as his award-winning Seville orange and lime marmalade with red chilli, and his lime and cr猫me de cacao creations.
It's lucky the studio team had some toast and butter on hand ready for a taste test!
