Every year the Great British Bake Off introduces us to a new group of passionate bakers. Once it all finishes we're often left wondering what happened next?
One of last years finalists, Josh Smally was famous for bringing his love of science into his bakes. Since then though he's been working on a project that will bring his great passions of baking and science together at the University of Leicester.
