‘My son had a stroke at 12 minutes old’
Baby Austin was transferred to a specialist unit at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital. Mum Rachel, along with the charity the Stroke Association, is calling for a childhood strokes registry. It would take the form of a national database of the risk factors which can lead to strokes in children.
