The congestion question

Plans for a congestion charge for Cambridge were dropped last year.

We hear from (in order of speakers) Tim Bick for the Liberal Democrats, Mike Davey for Labour, Zachary Marsh for the Conservatives, and Sarah Nicmanis for the Greens.
