'The easiest decision of my career'
In August 2021 Alice Dearing became the first black woman to represent Team GB in swimming at an Olympic Games.
But, three years on, she's announced that she's retiring from the sport.
It's after she failed to qualify for Paris 2024, which gets underway in less than 100 days.
Alice told Ady Dayman why.
